Who we are
DAI Solutions is based in Amsterdam and responsible for processing personal data through this website. You can reach us at [email protected] or +31 6 85 49 72 07.
What data we process
When you fill in the scan or the contact form, we process your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your company name and your answers to the questions. We do not ask for special categories of personal data; please do not put them in the free text fields either.
Why we process it
We use your data to contact you, prepare the call and write the scan report. The legal basis is your consent and, if you then give us an assignment, the performance of that contract. We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising and never sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep data from a scan or message for at most twelve months after the last contact, unless it leads to an assignment. Then the statutory retention periods for business records apply, usually seven years.
Who we share it with
We work with a few service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting the website, spam protection, anonymous visitor statistics and a secured database within the EU in which we keep track of your request) and Resend (sending email). Data processing agreements are in place with these parties. Data may be processed outside the EU, based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and statistics
This website places no tracking or advertising cookies. We count visitors with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not follow individual visitors. If the form shows a spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile), it can only use the technically necessary data.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email [email protected]; we reply within a month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections, access on a need-to-know basis and two-step verification on the systems we use.
